What Is Vestibular REhab (VRT)?

Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy an exercise-based methodology that Therapists use in treating patients with Dizziness, Imbalance, Strokes, Migranes, Vertigo and other Neurological disorders. VRT Therapy is done by Physical Therapists that have been trained and certified in these types of programs.

What causes dizziness?

Dizziness is the number one complaint of patients over the age of 75, but anyone can fall victim to dizziness spells. Inner ear disorders are a common cause of dizziness, along with migraines and medication side effects. More serious heart and brain conditions can also lead to balance and dizziness problems.

WHAT IS BPPV?
BPPV stands for: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. BPPV is usually described as the sudden reoccuring sensation that you’re spinning and is one of the most common causes of vertigo.
